- Elvis attempts to woo Nicole after their night of ice-storm-induced passion, but she feels manipulated and flees the mansion.
- Brady and Madison awaken barely dressed after their drunken night.
- Henderson and Victor share a secret.
- As Maggie prepares to walk down the aisle on the arm of newly-found egg-baby son Daniel, Victor jokes that the "sixth time is the charm"

- As everyone searches for the lost Johnny, Samanther grows angry at Rafe for insisting they meet John at the pub.
- When a torn, bloody shirt is found, the worst is feared.
- Marlena and John visit the loft to offer support, only to have Samanther lash out in furious anger.
- In a misguided attempt to keep his family "safe", John announces he will plead guilty, despite the wishes of attorney Carrie and the protestations of wife Marlena.
- When news of a dead child is leaked to the media, Rafe goes to identify the body and Samanther flees the loft, heading for the DiMera Mansion.
- Samanther and Elvis argue, then tear the clothes off one another and cry their way through sex on the very same sofa upon which he boinked Nicole a scant few Salem Days earlier.
- Rafe discovers that Johnny is not the dead child, then asks Allie where Johnny likes to hide.
- Tipped off by the twin tip, Rafe and Will discover Johnny hiding in the pub, which has been closed and under lock and key since the attack.
- While helping Madison tape "Missing Johnny" signs at Horton Town Square, Nicole announces that she is not interested in Brady, admits she still loves Elvis, wishes she had not insisted he sign the divorce papers, and urges Madison to pursue romance.
- Will and Rafe return Johnny to the loft and cannot locate Samanther.
- Will heads to the DiMera Mansion to give Elvis the good news, only to stumble upon his mother whooping it up, half-naked, in the living room.
- Unnoticed, Will departs without saying a thing, heads back to the loft without his mother, remains vague with details, and scowls when Samanther comes rushing in after finally sliding the battery into her cellphone to get the good news message from Rafe.
- John appears before the judge and pleads guilty.
- Elvis and Nicole visit the loft *twice* to hug the returned child, as Will continues to scowl disapprovingly at his guilty parent.
- Samanther remains upset and distraught when her son continues to press her for details on her location while Johnny was missing and presumed dead.

- Maggie plans to prepare a Thanksgiving Meal in her own kitchen, forgoing the ultra-modern chef's kitchen at the Kiriakis Mansion and sending all the Kiriakis staff home for a 4 day weekend.
- Melanie fantasizes about Chad and chastises her father for giving up on Jennifer.
- Despite the pleas of his wife and attorney, John pleads guilty and is sentenced to 25 years in prison, with no chance of parole, devastating Marlena.
- Jack reveals that he intends to stay in town and take a position as a journalism instructor at Salem University, prompting Austin to also announce plans to leave his corporate career to create a new college curriculum focused on forensic accounting.
SalemDay 41 began on Monday November 28:
- Jack and Abigail bond at Horton Square, where he reveals that she has won a journalism prize for an article she wrote for the sports website run by Sonny, Chad, and Will.
- Hit once again by a trojan horse fueled by the illegal gambling site, the young entrepeneurs decide to shut down the site and move on to other projects.
- Madison, Kate, and Nicole all pay visits to the new day spa started by ex-pimp Quinn Hudson.
- Will visits with Marlena, ranting about his mother's behavior, yet remaining vague and nonspecific, leading his grandmother to presume something else is upsetting him.
- Bo and Hope discover a letter from Susan Banks among Alice's personal letters.
- Jack agrees to meet with Marlena to discuss the after-effects of his imprisonment in Afghanistan, then proceeds to collapse as he emotionally recounts the dismemberment and murder of his fellow captive and lone companion.
SalemDay 42 began on Wednesday November 30.
- Samanther, Carrie, Jennifer, and Alexandra have an awkward coffee klatch at Horton Square.
- Will tries to prove his manhood by attempting to set up household with a confused and love-starved Gabriella.
- John is upset when Abraham comes to visit him in jail, possibly jeopardizing his campaign for re-election.
- Will throws a hissy fit and trashes Maggie's kitchen after Gabriella declares that she will not move in with him and that they should break up.
SalemDay 43 began on Monday, December 5.
- While unpacking the Horton Ornaments, Bo and Hope discover a hidden note, declaring that the bearer is guaranteed one major favor, repaying a debt to Alice.
- Elvis convinces Nicole to drop her divorce plans and move back into the mansion.
- Daniel and Melanie both receive ornaments and join in decorating the Horton Tree.
- Will is surly and bitter while decorating the tree at the loft, but his spirits are raised when Carrie brings Marlena to the loft to join the holiday celebration.
SalemDay 44 began on Wednesday, December 7.
- Bo and Hope call Susan Banks to confirm that Alice helped save Baby Elvis from illness.
- The criminals behind the the hacking of the sports website take Melanie, Gabriella, Chad, and Abigail hostage while Sonny and Will try to rebuild the site.
- Sonny saves Melanie, while Chad saves Gabriella.
- Austin saves Abigail, who continues to fantasize about the married man.

- Rafe figures out that that the French internet was pulled down on the date that John allegedly made his online transactions from the Paris cafe, proving his innocence.
- Will brings his grandmother to his mother's vow renewal at Horton Town Square.
- John is released and surprises his wife just prior to the renewal ceremony.
- While celebrating the holiday, Bo and Hope break the memorial plaque dedicated to Tom and Alice in the Town Square, revealing a key embedded in the concrete.

- Marlena tells John how and why he was released, enraging the man, who races off to the DiMera Mansion to confront Stefano.

- Kate proves that she has a heart and tries to help Daniel deal with his tremors.
