• Jennifer frets that since JJ is freed from jail, he will be living on the streets.
• Abigail visits Chad again and again has sex.
• Nicole gets a job offer to return as a local television personality.
• Elvis realizes that Chad is faking a brain tumor to keep Dr Cameron Davis from pursuing a romance with Abigail and uses the information to blackmail Chad into moving into the DiMera Mansion.
• Eric hosts a tense marriage pre cana session with Brady and Kristen.
• After spending a few hours apart, Chad and Abigail have sex again.
• Anne hires Theresa.
• Kayla nearly reveals to JJ that his father had raped her when they were married in the 1980s.
• Samanther agrees to move into the DiMera Mansion once she understands that her freedom is the direct result of Stefano coming to her aid, at the tearful request of her fiance.
• After a successful pre cana session, Kristen decides to destroy the video evidence of her sexual tryst with Father Eric, only to be stunned when her video tech geek tells her that she has the wrong flash drive.

SalemDay 29 began on Friday, October 4, 2013.

• Realizing that there is some family secret involving his dead father, JJ visits the Kiriakis Mansion and subtly presses Adrienne for information.
• Gabriella realizes that reigniting her relationship with Nick would be a mistake, but is unsuccessful in making him understand that their breakup is final/complete.
• Theresa starts her new job in HR.
• Frustrated that his aunts aren't giving him info, JJ breaks back into his house, retrieves the transcript of Jennifer's testimony at the trial of Lawrence Alamain, and realizes that his father admitted on the stand that he had raped his then-wife Kayla.
• Stefano is pleased that his family is all moved into the mansion, but is taunted by Caroline on his way to the engagement party.
• Eric hosts a second, calmer, and more productive pre-cana session for Brady and his intended bride, after which he reluctantly agrees to perform their marriage ceremony.
• JJ throws a hysterical fit upon seeing his father's just-published memoir in the Town Square, tossing random furniture through a store window and slugging a few locals who attempt to calm him.
• Now that his daughter is no longer on trial, Roman is reinstated as police commissioner, but refuses to attend Samanther's engagement party at Club TBD.
• Aware that Marlena likely (and unknowingly) has the wrong flash drive, Kristen arranges for a thug to snatch her purse, but the plan goes awry, with the flash drive flying from Marlena's purse to a corner of the park, where moments later, Parker Jonas finds a "new shiny blue toy".
• After being threatened by Elvis, Cameron realizes that Chad has been lying about the brain tumor and intends to confront him after the engagement party.
• Jackson encourages Gabriella to date Dr Davis.
• Kristen and Marlena co-host the engagement party at Club TBD.
• Marge Bernardi considers suicide, then decides it would be better to kill a DiMera instead, so she heads to Club TBD and fires at Elvis, only to hit Chad instead.
• Daniel saves Chad in surgery, but only after Elvis is forced to reveal to Cameron that the brain tumor is a hoax and that there is no need for the surgeons to be warned about a potentially lethal drug interaction.

SalemDay 30 began on Wednesday, October 16, 2013.

• When a couple unexpectedly drops their wedding plans for St Lukes, Brady and Kristen decide to move up their nuptials, planning to marry "in a couple days".
• JJ has his bail denied, but is given a second chance by vowing to remain in his mother's house and out of trouble.
• Eric begins to believe that "Fay Taylor" is the blond memory he has of the hotelroom and confronts Nicole, charging her with rape.
• Kate decides to investigate Jordan Ridgeway.
• Kayla is angry with Jeannie Theresa and visits her apartment, only to be kept outside as JT contends that she is "entertaining a gentleman inside".
• Will wins a fellowship to a Berkeley Seminar.
• Nick continues his secret quest to get his ex-wife a NYC modeling gig.
• A forlorn, confused, and aimless JJ decides to hook up with Jeannie Theresa, who promptly overdoses.
• Chad reveals his untruthful tactics to Abigail, who is furious with both Chad and Cameron.
• JJ panics and calls Daniel, who rescues Jeannie Theresa, much to the giggles and rumor-mongering of the Salem Hospital Gossips.

SalemDay 31 began on Tuesday, October 29, 2013.

• Samanther reluctantly agrees to be Brady's Best Man,
• After contemplating her situation overnight, Abigail breaks up with Chad and tells Cameron that she is just as furious with him.
• Daniel identifies a Boston surgeon who can successful repair Chad's injuries and sends him to recuperate, with Stefano alongside for support.
• While leaving a note for Daniel, Marlena finds Kristen's flash drive, is ecstatic, and races to learn its contents, only to be roadblocked by locked files and viruses.
• While staying with Daniel after her shoutdown with Father Eric, Nicole accidentally overhears that Daniel is protecting JJ.
• Jeannie Theresa wakes up in the hospital, but doesn't remember anything about the night she overdosed.
• Will heads to Berkeley for his Writing Seminar.

SalemDay 32 began on Tuesday, November 5, 2013.

• Brady and Kristen prepare on their wedding day.
• Kate is exasperated when her sources can fin no information on Jordan Ridgeway.
• Hours befoe the wedding, Elvis discovers Kristen's plot and is furious,
• Cameron leaves Salem to take a role in Doctors Without Borders.
• With Chad derailed in Boston, Jackson hires T to help out at Club TBD.
• A frustrated and frantic Marlena delivers the flash drive to Victor, who calls out his most talented tech geeks to unlock the files.
• Kristen successfully pleads for her brother's silence and prepares to marry Brady
• Victor is shocked when he privately previews the unlocked video, then heads to St Lukes, where he tricks Marlena into showing the video footage in lieu of the special "love story" DVD which Brady had created for his bride-to-be.
• Salemites watch porn on Big Screen at St Lukes, featuring Father Eric and The Bride.
• To verify its authenticity, the Salemites watch the video a second time.
• Marlena is furious with Victor and unable to comfort her son, who brawls with Brady once Kristen flees the church
• Nicole chases Kristen through the windy roads near Salem, where each of them total out vehicles and are left for near-dead.
• Gabriella is thrilled by her job offer, but disheartened by the need to move to NYC.
• Will returns from his Seminar, only one SalemDay after departing, though everyone seems to think he was gone for an entire week.
• Maggie leaves Victor and questions if she can ever be Mrs Kiriakis again.
• Abigail tries to befriend Jordan Ridgeway, but runs into dead ends with most conversations.
• Nicole is unhurt after her auto accident, but Kristen is nowhere to be found.
• Anne Milbauer conspires with Jeannie Theresa to end Daniel's career.

SalemDay 32 began on Monday, November 18, 2013..

• Kim and Shane return to Salem for an intervention.
• Nick finally convinces Gabriella to accept the modeling contract by manipulating her situation in Salem.
• Eric meets with the Bishop, who is not happy his priest had video sex.
• Gabriella tells Rafe of her plan to move to NYC
• Samanther remains angry that Elvis hid his knowledge of Kristen's sex try.ap fir her twin, but agrees to run part of DiMera Enterprises, now that Stefano and Kristen are both AWOL from Salem.
• Kimberly, Shane, Kayla, Roman, and Caroline all plead with Jeannie Theresa to get her act together, drop the drugs, and to move forward with a life in Salem, all the while threatening that she may be forced to return to jail in CA.
• Nick advises Hope that he has accepted a job in NYC and will leave immediately.
• After being initially thrilled for Gabriella, Will and Jackson become furious when they realize that her modeling contract requires her to live with her baby in NYC.
• Maggie tells Victor that their marriage has ended.
• Samanther discovers that Gabriella plans to move to NYC and rather than becoming hysterical, she tries to bond with Gabriella about keeping family close.
• Nick gives Kate one final flash drive and announces he is heading to NYC that afternoon, at which point Kate begins to think that Gabriella and Nick are conspiring together to take Baby Arianna from Will.
• Suspended from his priestly duties, Eric dons a ridiculous-looking unfashionable grey leather jacket, mopes around Horton Town Square, fails at apologizing to Nicole, tries his hand at photography again, and moves into a room above the Brady Pub.
• Gabriella flees her argument with Will and Jackson, only to meet up with Nick in Horton Town Square.
• Jeannie Theresa vows to get straight, tricking her parents into happily fleeing back to CA, rather than staying in Salem for any holidays or interaction with anyone outside the immediate family.
• When Gabriella hints that she may turn down the modeling offer, Nick becomes volatile, accidentally revealing that he has orchestrated the entire plot, leading to a loud public argument for all of Horton Town Square to see.
• Will makes the mistake of presenting his boyfriend with a cruel ultiimatum, forcing Jackson to vehemently protest that he loves Baby Arianna as if she were his own, which she is.
• Kate witnesses the public spat between Nick and Gabriella, also realizing that the girl did not know about his plans and then calling Samanther for assistance.
• After fighting with Nick, Gabriella flees into the woods near Horton Town Square, where Nick catches up with her, reminds her of his love, threatens to reveal her role in orchestrating the Melanie Jonas kidnapping/near-death, and begins to assault her.
• Gabriella falls to the ground during the struggle and while being attacked by the deranged ex-husband, she slams a nearby rock to his head, causing him to "die" just as Kate arrives from the HTS.
• Samanther arrives just as Kate helps Gabriella escape from Nick's lifeless body.
• Nighttime Bird Enthusiast Percy stumbles upon the three women, who hide Nick's body from view.
• Agreeing that everyone is better off with Nick "dead" and "away in NYC", the three decide to dump the dead body in the nearby raging winter creek, where once the body hits the water, Nick awakens and frantically fights to pull them in before apparently drowning in the rough current.
• Will and Jackson decide to move to NYC.
• Kate, Samanther, and Gabriella toss Nick's backpack into the water, then collect a few of his stray belongings, including his cellphone, which Kate uses to text a reply to Hope that all is well in NYC.
• Eric moves into the pub.
• A devastated, scared, shocked, upset, and near hysterical Gabriella returns home and announces that she won't take the NYC offer and will remain in Salem.
• Samanther returns to the mansion, where she unsuccessfully dodges questions from Elvis, who also notices her engagement earrings, but fails to notice one is missing.

SalemDay 33 began on Monday, December 2, 2013.

• While hiking with his father, Theo finds Samanther's stray earring.
• Anne Milbauer orchestrates an ethics review regarding Daniel's interaction with Jeannie Theresa, only to be foiled by 125+ personal letters of support from other hospital staff and patients, as well as Jeannie Theresa's last minute decision to tell the truth about the night she overdosed.
• Encouraged by his walking strength, an exuberant Rafe kisses Jordan Ridgeway.
• Samanther learns her lost earring is worth over $30,000, but is unsuccessful in her search along the raging river.
• Brady gets a DVD from Kristen, driving him to take cocaine.

SalemDay 34 began on Thursday, December 5, 2013.

• Salem suddenly is overloaded with holiday decor.
• Brady continues his cocaine binge.
• Birdwatcher Percy stumbles upon the troubled trio at Horton Town Square.
• Jeannie Theresa tries to figure out what happened on the night of her overdose, then suddenly recalls that she was with JJ.
• Ciara misses her father.

SalemDay 35 began on Thursday, December 12, 2013.

• Will becomes convinced that his mother and grandmother are plotting a surprise birthday party for him and insists that his boyfriend get the scoop.
• Brady gives a drugged-out pre-interview to Nicole about being deceived by Kristen.
• Jackson Kiriakis hides in a closet.
• JJ and Brady both seek out the same dealer to score some drugs.
• Rafe leaves the hospital and moves into his new apartment.
• Elvis is annoyed that Samanther is clearly keeping something from him and sniffs around Abigail, who is strangely drawn to the man.
• Jackson overhears Gabriella, Kate, and Samanther discuss their murder of Nick Fallon, then races to Club TBD to tell Will, only to be interrupted by his mother'
• Liam makes a date with Jennifer.
• Jackson confronts the murderous trio, but is convinced to keep quiet until after the holidays.
• Samanther browbeats Ciara to get her lost earring back.

• It's Christmas Day in Salem.
• The Hortons decorate their tree with family ornaments.
• Julie becomes vocal in her concern that no one has heard from Nick.

SalemDay 38 began on Friday, December 27, 2013.

• On the day after XMAS, Brady returns, relapses, lies, and drugs it up.
• Thinking that everyone (including his BF) is hiding a birthday party from him, Will hides in the closet and discovers that Gabriella killed Nick.
• It's suddenly NYE, and Daniel figures out that Brady is using again.
• Jennifer's first date with Liam is interrupted by JJ's attempts to break them up.

• Brady buys more cocaine and gets mugged.

• Abigail goes to Smith Island to meet Hope about Nick, only to encounter Elvis at the empty cabin.

SalemDay 2 began on Thursday, January 9, 2014.

• Elvis claims to have remorse for his encounter with Abigail.

• Dr Chykra returns to Salem,warned by Stefano that loose ends are not tolerated, holds Eric and Nicole hostage, then abandons them in the basement with a convenient gas leak.
• Daniel finally gets scientific test results that prove Eric was drugged.
• Jackson proposes to someone claiming to be Will, who promptly turns him down, using the excuse that their lives are in turmoil, thanks to Gabriella's murder of Nick and the family conspiracy of silence.
• Justin and Adrienne are abruptly away to Australia.
• Elvis and Samanther reunite, but remain in separate DiMera Mansion bedrooms.
• Daniel saves Eric and Nicole from a basement explosion.

SalemDay 3 began on Wednesday, January 22, 2014.

• Salem prepares for the christening of Arianna Grace Horton.
• JJ manipulates Bev to solve his Jeannie Theresa problem.
• Hope meets attorney Aiden Jennings.
• Brady drinks all day, disrupts an AA meeting, and misses the christening.
• Jennifer lunches with Liam.
• Father Matt confirms that Ciara Brady has become a Holy Terror.
• Abigail figures out that Nick is dead, becomes convinced to tell Hope, and is nearly dissuaded by Elvis.
• Nick Fallon arrives as the christening is ending, startling Salem.

SalemDay 4 began on Thursday, January 30, 2014.

• Theresa continues to dig for the facts about her OD.
• Julie and Nick reconnect.
• Eric heads to an out of town retreat.
• Elvis and Abigail hook up in the gym shower.
• Nicole and Daniel pare down the suspect list to Dr Chyka, locate him via his cell pulses in the distant woods, head to his cabin, and surprise him by taking him hostage.
• After battling with Maggie and disowning her as his sponsor, Brady drinks his way into oblivion at Daniel's empty apartment.
• Daniel injects sodium pentothal into Dr Chyka and he admits his role in Kristen's plot.
• Abe delivers a brief letter from John to his son, again acknowledging that he has learned that he is not the son of Colleen Brady, and not the long missing Ryan Brady.
• Daniel overpowers a DiMera thug, carts him off to a distant location, leaves Nicole alone with a drugged Chyka, who reveals all his files in a secret safe just before awaking from his stupor, overpowering Nicole, and fleeing.
• Nicole is elated when she reviews all the documentation, proving that Father Eris was drugged by Kristen.
• Kate finds a secret stash of fake IDs used by Jordan Ridgeway.
