• John awakens in a straightjacket, in a Bayiew Sanitarium cell adjacent to Marlena.
• Drunk Lucas realizes that Bon-Adrienne is not the same woman to whom he was engaged, but passes out in a stupor before putting all the pieces together.
• An infuriated Anjelica rails at Bon-Adrienne, then dies of a heart attack.
• Hattie arrives and places Dead Anjelica in bed with Drunk Lucas.
